This painting with Mt. Iliamna in the background is of a photo taken when at anchor in Tuxedni Bay. It was late April when the awesome fragrance of budding cottonwoods permeated the bay and the beauty of this day created a forever happy memory. My son and deckhand are in the skiff we used to gillnet herring.
